The Fast Saga Part 2: Global Missions & The Strength of Family

The Fast Saga Part 2: Global Missions & The Strength of Family

If Part 1 was about building the family…
Part 2 is about testing it.

After the Tokyo streets and the Rio heist, the stakes went from local to global. This is where the cars started flying, and the family faced its toughest heartbreaks."

7. Furious 7 (2015)

The Story: Deckard Shaw seeks revenge against Dom’s family for what they did to his brother, leading to a global hunt.

The Vibe: Emotional and explosive.

My Take: This is the most emotional movie I’ve ever watched in this genre. The ending is a beautiful tribute to Paul Walker. I challenge anyone to watch the final scene without crying. "It’s never goodbye."

8. The Fate of the Furious (2017)

The Story: A mysterious woman (Cipher) seduces Dom into the world of terrorism, betraying his family and forcing them to team up with their old enemy, Deckard Shaw.

The Vibe: High-tech warfare. From a rain of cars in New York to a submarine chase in the ice.

My Take: Seeing Dom go rogue was a huge shock! It felt weird seeing the family without him leading them, but it showed how strong they are on their own. Cipher is a villain you love to hate—she’s calculated and cold.

9. Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (2019)

The Story: A spin-off focusing on Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, who must reluctantly team up to stop a genetically enhanced villain (Brixton).

The Vibe: Action-comedy. It’s less about cars and more about the "frenemy" chemistry between The Rock and Jason Statham.

My Take: I know it’s a spin-off, but it’s so much fun! The insults they throw at each other are hilarious. It’s a great break from the main drama before things get even crazier in the next movie.

10. F9: The Fast Saga (2021)

The Story: Dom’s past comes back to haunt him when his long-lost brother, Jakob Toretto, appears as a deadly assassin working with Cipher.

The Vibe: Over-the-top action (literally, they go to space!). It’s about the Toretto family secrets.

My Take: Finally, we get to see Dom’s brother! The magnets in the car chases were insane. Some people say it’s "too much," but in the Fast world, "too much" is exactly what we want. Plus, the return of a certain character from Tokyo makes everything worth it!

11. Fast X (2023)

The Story: The son of a past enemy (Dante Reyes) emerges to destroy everything and everyone Dom loves. He doesn't want to kill Dom; he wants him to suffer.

The Vibe: Intense and chaotic. Jason Momoa as the villain Dante is unlike anyone the crew has ever faced.

My Take: Jason Momoa stole the show! He is a "joker-style" villain—funny but absolutely terrifying. The movie ends on a massive cliffhanger that leaves you screaming for the next part.

💔 From street races… to saving the world.
❤️ From strangers… to FAMILY.
This saga isn’t just about cars anymore—it’s about loyalty, loss, and legacy.
The Fast Saga is more than just cars; it’s about a family that grew together over 20 years. Watching them in this order makes the emotional payoff so much stronger.

Who is your favorite member of the Toretto crew? Tell me in the comments! 🏎️💨
